Kansas 4 Hour Law CourseThe Kansas Real Estate Commission (KREC) requires all non-resident Broker License applicants to complete a 4-hour Kansas Law course prior to license application.We offer this course strictly in a home-study format. We send you a course book and an open-book exam. You read and review the course book in your own time, at your own pace. Once you've completed the open-book exam, you fax it (785-267-1867) or mail it back to us at 3644 SW Burlingame Road, Topeka KS 66611. You must achieve a score of at least 90% in order to pass the course and receive your certificate of completion. If you don't receive at least 90% on your exam, we will let you know which questions you missed and you will need to re-do just those questions.
