The KAR honors its members who go above and beyond yearly at its Annual Convention. The Archie Award was created in 1999 in honor of Archie Leben, a long-time KAR member who demonstrated the highest ideals of REALTOR® spirit. Archie Award winners are selected based on demonstration of REALTOR® pride, support of REALTOR® ideals and issues, ethics, and consideration shown to other REALTORS®.
The KAR Awards Task Force invites individuals and boards to submit a nomination for the Annual Archie Award. Individuals to be nominated would have shown exceptional REALTOR® Spirit. Individuals must meet all of the Criteria on the nomination form and completed nominations must be received by KAR by May 1 of award year (postmark date).
