NAR Code of Ethics Minimum Criteria Standards for Training

As required by the NAR for the third quadrennial period, the KAR will be uploading class information as it relates to meeting the Code of Ethics training mandate to NRDS, populating the individual members' records. Local boards and individuals can check for completeness of this mandate in the individual records of members under their "Education" information.

KAR will be requesting statewide stats from NRDS for COE Education for its members quarterly in 2012.

The Code of Ethics training report is sorted by board name, then member last name.  If you don't see your board data or your member names, that means we don't have a record of their education, nor does NRDS.  Does that mean they haven't taken the training?  Not necessarily.  The member needs to show proof of class completion, when and with what school to their local boards.  If KAR is your NRDS Point of Entry, we will then take that data from the local board and upload it to NRDS.  If your board has its own Point of Entry person, you need to submit the data to that person.  This report is meant to be of assistance and is not to be construed as the "official list."

The above-referenced statewide reports will be posted here:
