Why is GRI important TO YOU?

Earning a GRI can make a difference in your business and potentially boost your income. REALTORS® with the designation:
* Earned a median of $51,500 while those without the designation earned a median income of $29,700. A difference of $21,800. (Source: 2010 NAR Member Profile).
* Reported an increase in referrals in the first year after they obtained their designation.
* Are better able to serve and protect their increasingly sophisticated clients because of their understanding of new technology, laws, and procedures. 

In today's compettive business environment, you need more than just motivation and initiative to succeed.  You need the advantage of the education you receive in the GRI program.  

HOW DO I EARN MY GRI DESIGNATION?

You earn 15 credits over a 5-year period or less.  Each GRI course is required and each day of GRI equals one credit.  Average completion time is 12-18 months.  It's that simple!

KAR Member Price

*$70 per day of instruction
(2-day classes - $140) 

*GRI 108 is $110 and includes
a personalized analysis of
your individual instincts.

KAR Non-Member Price

*$90 per day of instruction
(2-day classes - $200)

 *GRI 108 is $130 and includes
a personalized analysis of
your individual instincts. 

GRI PAYMENT PLAN 

You can take GRI classes, earn and use the GRI designation as quickly as you choose.  Here's how it works:

        ◊You keep a valid credit or debit card on file with KAR
        ◊You sign and return the GRI Payment Plan Contract
        ◊KAR will automatically charge your card $42 per month (when you carry a balance)
        ◊You continue to pre-register for all classes
           (when asked for payment, state you are on the payment plan)
        ◊You are not committed to completing the GRI program
        ◊You commit to pay for any classes you attend
