Esther M. Adams (Graham)(Newton), 84, passed away Monday, July 20, 2009. She was a Wichita REALTOR for 50 years and became the first female president of the Wichita Area Association of REALTORS and the Kansas Association of REALTORS, serving as KAR President in 1981. She was also honored as 1982 KAR REALTOR of the Year and 1993 KAR Distinguished Service Award recipient. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association , 225 N.
