At its June 9 meeting, the Kansas Real Estate Commission determined that applications for license renewal may no longer be considered as timely filed if hand-delivered the first business day after the due date. This includes both the due date for filing an on-time renewal and the last day of the six-month grace period for filing a late renewal.
