Congratulations to Topeka REALTOR® Grant Sourk of Kirk & Cobb, Inc, who was named one of Topeka's Top 20 Rising Stars by TK Magazine. Sourk sold nearly $1 million in his first eight months as an agent. He has a Master's degree in Liberal Studies with a focus on Historical Preservation. He joined the Topeka Area Association of REALTORS® last year, and also belongs to the Topeka Chamber of Commerce, Kenwood Neighborhood Association, and Phi Delta Theta Housing Board.
