2009 KAR Zone Vice Presidents Elected

The 2009/2010 KAR Zone Vice Presidents were elected in four of the State Association's geographical zones. Zone 1 (which covers KCRAR) will continue to be represented by Darrel Stiles. Zone 3 (representing Bourbon County; Coffeyville; Independence; Mid-Eastern; Parsons and Pittsburg Boards) will continue to be John Brocker of Iola. Chris Rost of Salina is the newly-elected Zone 5 Vice President. Zone 5 covers the Emporia, Flint Hills, McPherson and Salina Boards. Helen Dobbs will serve a second term as Zone 7 Vice President, representing Colby, Goodland, Great Bend, Hays and Russell Boards. Other Zone Vice Presidents who will continue their terms include Zone 2 Vice President Tammy Ellis, Ottawa; Zone 4 Vice President Loren Pepperd, Manhattan; Zone 6 Vice President Steve McCullough, Newton; and Zone 8 Vice President Don Witkze, Liberal.
