As required by the NAR for the third quadrennial period, KAR will be uploading class information as it relates to meeting the Code of Ethics training mandate to NRDS, populating the individual members' records. Local boards and individuals can check for completeness of this mandate in the individual records of members under their "Education" information.
Starting in April, NAR started offering a COE reporting function for all boards and their POEs (Points of Entry) for their NRDS data. Click here for more information on that report. The report can be filtered by members who HAVE or HAVE NOT taken the training in this third period. The report is on the main menu of NRDS. Because of this new function, the above-referenced reports, starting with the second quarter will contain only the boards that KAR is POE for. KAR POE boards need to report any education taken outside of KAR or NAR to KAR for posting to their individual records. You can send that information to Maura Dingman at mdingman@kansasrealtor.com.
